A deposit is required to secure ALL appointments; after the appointment your deposit will be credited to services rendered.  (Deposits are also required for Groupon purchases; Your deposit will be reimbursed after your appointment time & date; less a $2 processing fee) A cancellation fee ($25 deposit) is charged ONLY if you cancel (or no show) within 24-hours of service. You will receive a courtesy call after 5 minutes of your appointment.  However, if you are more than 10 minutes late the appointment will be cancelled (no show) and you will need to reschedule and you will have to forfeit your deposit.  

Life gets busy so If you need a lash appointment outside of regular hours, after-hours bookings are offered for your convenience for a flat fee of $25 and will be added to the service total.  Please use direct contact (text preferably) to check availability and arrange your custom time slot.
